The abortion issue is becoming more defined every year. Doctors and Scientists are now more convinced than ever that babies in the womb, could survive out of the womb, at earlier ages than traditional medicine has accepted. Furthermore, the now recognizable (because its no longer taboo to admit this) population of "infertile" couples who want to adopt also throws a wrench in the pro-choice argument.

Concerning homosexuality, most research indicates that gay people are, at the very least, predisposed to become a homosexual from biochemical factors given to them before they were born. Admittedly, a minority of research exists that is contradictory.
Either way, the politics of homosexuality falls into the category of government regulation of a person's private life. Because of this, the movement against gay marriage and equal rights (not extra rights) should eventually fail.

Ultimately, religious conservatives who view homosexuality as being “immoral” are the primary controllers the anti-gay rights movement.
Imagine if these social conservatives were consistent: Then, according to their logic, we should outlaw infidelity, because it is immoral too. But, of course, that would never happen.

Homosexuality exists, and it has existed for a very long time, even in animals. Its time we stop the systematic discrimination.
