Paris Hilton didn’t kill anybody, and doesn’t deserve to spend 45 days in Jail. On the other hand…Ted Kennedy did kill Mary Jo Kopechne, when he drove off that Bridge at Chapaquitic. And Ted Kennedy didn’t even answer questions asked to him in Court. He invoked his 5th Amendment Rights. Mary Jo Kopechne was Pregnant with his Baby…so Ted Kennedy really killed two people that night. All Ted Kennedy did, was put on a neck brace, make a Public Apology…and after he was out of sight of The Cameras, he tore off that neck brace, walked out of that Television Studio, and has not looked back. After 14 years of Democrats playing the Class Envy Card…this is what we have. We lock up Martha Stewart,
now that was a dangerous person. We lock up Paris Hilton…because she is Rich…not because she has done anything “that wrong.” Times sure have changed…but tell me…Why can’t they Charge Ted Kennedy NOW with the Murder of Mary Jo Kopechne? Hell, there is 58 dead bodies that follow The Clinton’s around…people who have died some pretty strange deaths. Paris Hilton was not even over the limit, as she tested .08 Blood-Alcohol Level. This just isn’t Right…This is NOT America.

I don’t think the point is that she was not over the limit or that its class warefare. The point is that NOBODY is above the law. She violated the terms of her probation so she has to go to jail. You live by the sword, you die by the sword.
