Senator, you are a wannabe statesman who is in fact a scoundrel, a grave-robber who stole the pride and dignity of your fellow Vietnam veterans to cloak yourself with the tattered remnants of their long-buried legacy of honor.
John Kerry, I am writing in response to the Boston’s Patriot-Ledger article about you by Tom Benner dated Monday, November 5, 2007 and entitled Kerry Says He Will Be Ready Next Time http://ledger.southofboston.com/articles/2007/11/05/news/news0d.txt , and in which you were quoted by Mr. Benner about the Swift Boat Veterans and POWs for the Truth as saying, “We have put together a documented portfolio that frankly puts their lies in such a total light of absurdity and indecency, that should they ever rear their ugly heads again, we have every single ‘t’ crossed and ‘i’ dotted, and I welcome that in a sense,” Kerry said following a morning address to the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. “It’s a shame we weren’t able to produce all that at the time.”
Senator Kerry, do not fear the Swiftees: Fear me. You are in my opinion a liar and traitor of the worst sort, and I will visit you with a great and smothering vengeance of words and taunts in the months ahead. I will haunt you and your election bids as closely as Junior Seau covering an opposing tight end who dissed your Patriots. John Kerry, you are running for your Senate seat again and also for President again in 2012 if the democrats lose this time, so we Vietnam veterans are very used to you totally disrespecting us whenever you want something. Why should I ever be surprised that you referred to former POW’s and recipients of the Medal of Honor as “liars” and speak of them “rearing their ugly heads?” I was an officer in the US Army Special Forces and equal rank as you in Vietnam , but I wore a Green Beret on my head, and I ALWAYS took care of my men. They were not there as pawns for my future plans, as yours were even used again in 2004. You, with the assistance of your lying cronies, the phony Vietnam veterans testifying at the infamous Detroit Winter Soldier Rally years ago, launched your political career labeling normal guys like me as “rapists, war criminals, murderers,” and even comparing us to “Genghis Khan,” just so you could pretend to become a statesmen. You slandered my fellow vets and me to aggrandize yourself and strengthen your political base, trying to ascend to Washington ’s halls of power while trampling upon the bleeding bodies of your fellow warriors. But now, John Kerry, you have gone too far. You have also now disrespected my two sons who wear Green Berets and sergeant stripes in the Global War on Terrorism and all the other fine young fighting men and women in Iraq by stating that they “Terrorize innocent Iraqi men, women, and children in the dead of night.” When you first made that statement, Kerry, my son was at that same time in Iraq, a dedicated US Army Special Forces sergeant risking his own life to offer those previously-oppressed people the very freedoms we all cherish, which you have so often disrespected by lying just to feather your own political nest. Attacking me is one thing, but attacking my family, well Senator, that is as intelligent as hand-feeding chum to a Great White Shark.
