Do you realize Dr. Laura posed for nude pictures that have been all over the net for years now? Where was all that sage advice back then? She is just an unfeeling old whore who tells people to live one way, and then lives her life however she wants.
Did you know Dr. Laura had nothing to do with her Mother the last 15 years of her life? She had no contact with her own Mother who lived in poverty….
And you call her…for advice…that is funny…
How many young women kill themselves after they have been abused by Dr. Laura on the radio? That…is not funny…
Dr. Laura could not even maintain a relationship with her own Mother for the last 15 years of her life…and people call her for advice on relationships? I don’t get it???
People call her for advice about raising children…and look at what she raised. Her son had his own website with sexual pictures on it…one of those pictures showed him holding the barrel of a pistol in his mouth…
It’s like people calling a talk show asking Charles Manson for advice on how to deal with the problems in their lives.
Every show, Dr. Laura is pumping her latest book, and these people just run out and buy it expecting great results. Which I doubt seldom helps them at all.
What really upsets me, is when Dr. Laura has someone call her because they are grieving for someone who has just died. Her cold hearted, rude remarks makes me sick. I’ve never heard such a cold hearted person on the radio.
I’m not that cold hearted. The day Dr. Laura broke down in tears because her nude photographs had hit the internet, I felt sorry for her. She cried and sobbed on air. It is odd though, people call her and explain they just suffered the death of a child, and when they start crying, she is so short and rude to them.
Sure, I do agree with her advice about 80% of the time…but the other 20% she is so far off base it is often staggering.
If you want to listen to Dr. Laura the Porno Queen…go ahead. As for me, I’ve turned her off.
